It was salvation now that we all work at home

Muy buena señal la mayoría del tiempo, y muy buena velocidad. La más rápida que he tenido. Creo que es absurdo que se quiera todo perfecto y sin fallas. Excelente servicio. Hasta que me recomendaron con Riaga, contraté y me instalaron al día siguiente. 100% recomendados, unos familiares sobre av cerro gordo ya contrataron y también están súper satisfechos. Actualmente su antena sólo sirve de decoración ya que mejor contraté otro proveedor y aún me queda medio año del plazo forzoso que te imponen desde el principio. Incluso tengo vecinos que les va mejor con modems móviles de compañías telefónicas. Very intermittent service, always fails at peak hours and their customer service is very poor. Lo recomiendo ampliamente aqui en la zona Oeste de Zapopan, en fracc. Monteverde 3a seccion cerca del bosque de la Primavera. El ing. técnico realizó una instalación muy limpia y dedicada cuidando la estética de la casa por donde pasar el cableado y realizar las conexiones correspondientes. Muy buena señal y velocidad mantenida de 20Mbps. Excellent internet service provided. Excellent customer service. The support provided either by instagram or WhatsApp was great. I highly recommend it here in the West zone of Zapopan, in fracc. Monteverde 3rd section near the Primavera forest. No acepta críticas para mejorar el servicio. Animo y ojalá tengan la capacidad de recibir y comprender las críticas. Eso los va a llevar a mejorar su negocio. Por 3 puntos 1 - El servicio de Internet es pésimo 2 - El soporte es nulo y muy malo. cuando tienes fallas (casi siempre), no responde y te bloquean las llamadas. 3 - Cuando decidas cancelar te van aplicar pagos que no proceden , es una especie de fraude. Si deciden contratarlo y no tienen de otra. No digan después que nadie les advirtieron de esta estafa. Les aseguro que responderán a este comentario con una gran mentira, porque así es esta empresa, no acepta comentarios negativos. Pero les aseguro que parte de esos comentarios que son de fraude, ya fueron eliminados. For its good, do not contract the service of this company.
