★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at Kevin’s location and used his concierge services on more than one occasion, and he is amazing! The apartment is beautiful, close to everything, and Kevin knows all of the best places to eat, drink, and explore in Playa. Would definitely recommend.

Kevin was very professional and answered all my questions beforehand, as well as setting up a great itinerary with tours and activities during my time there. The HQ is located in a great spot in Playa Del Carmen as well. Would highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Mexico and want an authentic experience instead of just sitting at a resort.
