Fui a una segunda visita para tomar medidas del departamento y comenzar a hacer las compras de muebles. Dos días antes de la firma del contrato me informan que ya lo habían rentado los dueños a través de otra inmobiliaria, dejándome con todos los gastos generados.
 I had a bad experience since I made my research payment and they confirmed that the department had been approved. I went for a second visit to take measurements of the apartment and start shopping for furniture. Two days before signing the contract, they informed me that the owners had already rented it through another real estate company, leaving me with all the expenses generated.
