I love this place. Will stay there again when in Playa. Pool is beautiful and location is absolutely perfect. However the bathroom in the pictures is not the bathroom is not even close to what we got. Also, couches in the common area are too old and don't go with the decor. Salsa music until 1am not for everyone.

Noisy. You will get no peace or sleep. Avoid this hotel. It is right across the street from a Salsa club that blasts music well into the night. The band is essentially on the street and is LOUD. Other than that it's a nice hotel, but the rest is meaningless with noise in your ears constantly.

So accommodating! A lot of family space so that you can interact with games, tv, or just sit back and read. Great place.

Extremely noisy and loud, you can’t get any sleep, plus the pillows are awful and the mattress was pretty stiff and bad too.

This the best hotel in downtown playa del carmen! It is a nice boutique 3 star hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is around 150 pesos per person and delicious. The only downside is the music blaring across the street until 3am every night. Keep in mind it cost 10 peso per hour to park in playa del carmen now if you have a car.

Just came back to Playa Del Carmen for the first time since the pandemic and there are some changes you need to know about before you come. Principally, that if you rent a car you can't park ANYWHERE in the centro without paying per hour. Most of the hotels in the area don't have parking so if you are comparing room prices make sure you add in the additional 6-7 dollars per night for parking in the area. It is 10 pesos per hour and you can only pay for 6hrs at a time, meaning that from the 10am to 10pm window that you have to pay to park, you're going to have to visit the meter again. This is not the fault of the hotels but if you want a better solution they are the ones who are going to have to bring it to the attention of the officials. Either that or they need to validate the parking. The worst part is nobody told us before we pulled up. We used to live here for 4 years so that kind of thing isn't necessarily shocking but still very annoying. This is new to PDC and with the uptick in narco activity, abusive taxi price hikes, and things like this, its like they don't want people coming down here anymore...

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. The pool was nice and there were some big common areas to hang out in. I loved that the hotel was on a main street where you have restaurants, stores, taxi services, etc. just steps away. The beach was also right down the street. The downside to the hotel’s location is the noise level. The bar across the street did play very loud music until 1 or 2 am every night. We used earplugs one night and were able to sleep through it the other nights. For us personally, the music did not ruin our stay, but it’s something to consider. The staff was very friendly to us during our stay and always answered any questions we had. Our room was great, but some of our other family members’ rooms had things that weren’t working when we first got there (hot water, fridge, TV). They were pretty quick to address these things once they were reported. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought it was a good price.

The hotel is nice, great location, rooms are comfy and spacey, pool is a little bit cold as it is always under shade because of the building and some palm trees. Food at the restaurant is decent. The problem I encountered was, at night, music from clubs near to the hotel is too loud. rooms do not have good sound isolation and it is like if you were right there in the club, which was a problem for us as we intended to rest. if your plans are to enjoy night life, then it is a great choice!
