This was absolutely a highlight of our trip. Booking and communication via email/paypal prior to booking was extremely prompt, professional, safe and easy. The crew was awesome: Petra, Alex, Allen and Omar. Omar made the best guacamole we've ever had, and in particular Petra was incredible. She is truly special, an excellent host, and it would not have been as awesome without her. THANK YOU PETRA! Due to the high winds, the port was closed, so they took us out just a few minutes to the lagoon, where a few other boats were parked as well - we could see how big the waves were from the lagoon, but it worked out fantastically. We were able to jump off the boat, swim, and use their paddles. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing day with Santos and crew. After having to cancel on our original date due to weather (Riviera Maya provided a full refund), they contacted us to let us know they’d had a last minute cancellation for the next day and could accommodate our group of 10 adults and 10 kids. Seas were still a little rough so we went to a nearby cove and spent the day playing in the water, lounging on the boat and enjoying the delicious food and drinks made by the crew. They were fantastic with both the adults and kids (aged 4-10). This was by far the best day of our vacation. Life is good with Riviera Elite!

Jerry, the captain and his crew were spectacular! We had an amazing time and they were super accommodating! Contacting them via email was a breeze. They always responded within 24 hours or less. I highly recommend booking Riviera Elite for any yacht tours in Tulum and/or Cancun.

This was, hands down, the best part of our trip. All of the crew members (Licha, Pollo, Eddie and Petra) were outstanding!! They waited on our party of 10 and did an fantastic job. They made us fresh drinks, the BEST ceviche and guacamole I've ever had and just made sure we were having a great time. I wish we did the longer boat ride because it was honestly so much fun! Definitely would recommend and will be back.

Highlight of our trip! Cannot recommend this company enough. The sights, activities, drinks, food (including vegan options), and staff were outstanding. Petra, our host, made the experience especially smooth, fun, and memorable. Book with her if you can! I travelled to Mexico for the first time with a bachelorette group, and we booked a private boat for the five of us. It ended up being a great value considering how many activities we fit into the trip. We visited multiple destinations where we got to snorkel, paddle board, and lounge on the lily pad. We also got to play our own music and were served a ton of food and drinks. I honestly didn't expect many options as a vegan, but they actually made incredible ceviche and veggie burgers with fresh salsa and guacamole. A huge THANK YOU to the entire crew for going above and beyond to make this an unforgettable bachelorette experience. They were super friendly, professional, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and care about their guests having a great time. It rained on and off throughout the day, and they managed to perfectly time our meals so that we ate inside while it rained and enjoyed the activities outside when it cleared. Petra especially was an absolute gem of a host. Thank you for taking our group photos, getting me through a bout of sea sickness (my first time on a boat - very grateful she was there!), and in general always being a fun, welcoming host. I was the only guest that didn't drink alcohol, so Petra even made me virgin drinks so I could still do shots with my friends. She felt more like an addition to our group of friends rather than a tour guide. Overall, a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable group experience - you won't regret it!

Tour was excellent. From booking to the finish was easy. We took the 8hr trip. 2.5 hrs to Cozumel, stopped for a short snorkel, then to the Cozumel to a beach that had hammocks, swings and a place to relax and swim. The 4 crew members were all great. Would recommend

These guys were awesome. Aldo, Luis, Sammy, and Fernando are the dream team. Hooked up my phone to the radio and jammed. They cooked us delicious hamburgers and made some incredible ceviche and guacamole. Would absolutely book another trip with them.

Amazing! This was one of the best experiences of my life. Absolutely book with this company! We booked a private catamaran for our wedding of 15 people and we were absolutely stunned by how amazing the boat, crew, and overall experience was. I don't even know where to begin as everything was so incredible! Food - There was a wide selection of food that was freshly prepared and served at different times of the tour. Everything was absolutely delicious. Drinks - Top shelf and anything you like made to order - everyone got exactly what they wanted. All mixed cocktails were also incredible tasting as the bartender definitely knew what he was doing. Crew - Every person on the boat was incredible. They truly cared about our experience and went above and beyond to give us a good time. Drinks were made to order and delivered to you on the boat or even in the water. They constantly checked on us to see if we needed any drinks or food - they would then deliver whatever we wanted directly to us. Everyone was always friendly, attentive and just seemed like they were having a good time as well. They also played any kind of music we liked and wanted to get us dancing! Which we did and loved that the crew joined in as well - you could just tell they were also having a great time! Snorkeling - Amazing blue waters and the guide went at a pace that was great for everyone. My sister is not a strong swimmer so one of the crew remained with her the entire time with a floatation device. Sand bar - We stopped at a sand bar which was very nice shallow water. They then rolled out a lily pad which we all could hang out on while they served us drinks! Overall experience - Everyone left blown away by the experience. This is truly something we will remember and cherish for many years to come. Like I said this was by far one of my best experiences of my entire life and I can't wait to do it again! Thank you for such an amazing experience!
