The place is super clean and we felt very welcomed there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service in Spanish or English with friendly and helpful staff. The doctor was very professional and explained everything in basic terms. There was no pressure to use expensive or unnecessary services (unlike another hospital in Playacar). My doctor recommended an affordable pharmacy and x-ray technician, which were both great. COVID tests are administered quickly and with care.
My only complaint is that my blood test had to be redrawn due to a hospital error (delaying the results), then my gender was stated incorrectly on the report (despite providing my correct gender on the intake form). This caused several values to be flagged incorrectly, making me think I had a blood disorder when I do not.
Otherwise highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO FOR EMERGENCIES! Went here after a bike accident with a bleeding wound that needed stitches. It was about 1pm. NO DOCTOR THERE UNTIL 5PM! Can you believe it? At a hospital? Thankfully had a car at the time and could go on to Costamed. Usually I would have had to get a new taxi while my friend was in pain and couldn't walk.
