Haciendas a la orilla del mar! Perfecto para las vacaciones en familia o en grupo de amigos.

Un lugar increíble, la comida nos encantó y la atención en otro nivel, parecía que los conocía a todos, muy atentos.

Ridiculously great place! Clean, on ocean, cool rooms... close to town for dining options. Go check out a venice while here!

I never write reviews but I really wanted to warn people about staying at Hacienda villas and tell about our horrible experience. We stayed at Hacienda Magica for 2 weeks with our families traveling from all over the world to celebrate our wedding. We were warned a day prior to the storm that it was coming and that there was a possibility to lose power and water. However, RIviera Maya Hacienda (RMH) management didn’t do anything to mitigate it before or after the storm knowing that our wedding was coming up next day. The storm lasted only through the night but we were without power and water for over 2 days, we had to postpone our wedding and still the management didn’t do anything after 2 days saying that they couldn’t get a generator. The villa next door (not Hacienda) had power and water (even during the storm) and they were kind enough to let me get ready for our ceremony/wedding there while other guests at our villa were taking showers with bottles of water that WE had to buy in a grocery store. While I was getting ready, our external wedding planner was able to secure 2 generators within couple of hours…RMH was still not responsive or helpful. The issues continued throughout our stay (no AC, WiFi issues, no access to the pool for multiple days due to “we have other priorities to clean it”, wrong set up of beds/rooms, etc.). We felt very distressed and I didn’t have any rest besides running around trying to resolve all these issues and writing emails / messages to the management and concierge. We definitely can’t complain about the villa’s staff and service (butlers, chefs and other people who work at the villa, excluding management). They were wonderful! Big thanks to our butlers and chefs!!! Villa itself is nice besides that it doesn’t have its own generator as mentioned above and if something happens and the power is out, water turns off too. If you want to relax and have a nice vacation, I would recommend to avoid any villas that are run my RMH. It will be waste of your money and your time.

We spent 4 days there for a wedding. The service was amazing. Augustin and Jorge were incredible. Very clean grounds and well maintained. Rooms are authentic Mexican style and very comfortable. I highly recommend the hacienda for a great vacation and gatherings.
