★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención y mala experiencia en compra, se hizo un pedido desde hace 2 semanas, dicen que una vez reflejado el pago antes de las 12 del día te hacen el envío. Hace uno el pago y ya no mandan la compra por qué tienen mucho trabajo y pedidos. Uno pide el reembolso dicen que si pero NO DICEN CUANDO, llama uno y no contestan o te dicen que ya van hacer el reembolso y hasta la fecha fecha nada.
No los recomiendo para compra por teléfono y pago o transferencia.
Bad attention and bad shopping experience, an order was placed 2 weeks ago, they say that once the payment is reflected before 12 noon they will send it to you. One makes the payment and they no longer send the purchase because they have a lot of work and orders. One asks for the refund they say yes but they DO NOT SAY WHEN, one calls and they do not answer or they tell you that they are going to make the refund and to date nothing.
I do not recommend them for purchase by phone and payment or transfer.
