About Roca Azul RV Park, Resort & Mobile Home Community

As you enter the front gates, you will see the grand swimming pool on your right. Just beyond the pool are the changing rooms, rest rooms, showers and on weekends, we have eucalyptus steam rooms available after 3:30 pm on weekends.

On the left, near the entrance, is our Clubhouse. The clubhouse restaurant is open on Saturday and Sunday and you can get authentic Mexican food and snacks. They are open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Inside are also pool tables, ping-pong and satellite TV.

On the west side of the clubhouse is the laundry room and is available to campers staying more than one week. There is no charge to use the laundry on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. The other days arerestricted for the use for our housekeeping and staff. Please see the office for a key.

As you drive through, you will pass the first open gate and a small rotary, bear left to get to the RV parking areas. The first area beyond the gate is our storage area where you can store your vehicle, RV or trailer at a very good price. Your property is secure if you decide to leave it when you return home.

The first RV parking area is on the right hand side, across from our official sized soccer field. All spaces have a concrete or brick pad, and have full service. You will find most of our full time residents in this area. If you prefer a quiet area that has a spectacular view of Lake Chapala and some of Jocotepec’s working farms, this area is for you.

Awesome location on the Lake near lots of cool shopping near by. Not to mention the amenities of the park. A completely different experience than other parks around Mexico and I have been to dozens of them.

This a great place to park outside of Guadalajara, can accommodate any size rig. Property itself is super interesting to explore and feels like you’re in an alternate timeline, really wacky in a good way.

The management here are chauvinistic pigs, the roads are horrible and the Lake smells like sewage. It is totally un swimnable. Your wife will be treated like a tenth class citizen and don't even bother of you are a single woman. Don't even go is you are part of a caravan.

Roca Azul RV Park is a bit of heaven on earth. We have lovely grounds here with lots of trees and green grass, flowers everywhere, wonderful views of Lake Chapala, our own lighthouse, the best wifi I have ever used and incredible peace and quiet. We are fortunate to wake up here in paradise every day. The pools are incredible.....especially the thermal one. The neighbors here are very friendly, helpful and kind. I have friends immediately on moving to Mexico. Our RV Park Manager, Teo, is the best. He is always concerned that everyone is doing well and happy here. He is putting together some fun tours of the area that everyone is invited to join. We just got back from a really great day in Tlaquepaque. The maintenance crew here works very hard to make sure that the grounds are clean and beautiful. I feel very much "at home" here, very safe and know that I am surrounded by lots of good friends. There is not much more I need........but when I do need something........we are close enough to Ajijic, Lake Chapala and Guadalajara to get whatever is needed including excellent health care at incredibly reasonable prices. I highly recommend Roca Azul to anyone looking for a very special place.

Lake Chapala is nominated by National Geographic as the 2nd best climate in the world. The semi-tropical climate at Lake Chapala, Mexico is probably the first major attraction to the area. you breathe peace and tranquility, it has a thermal water pool and cabins, incredible views of the lake and large green areas for sports, highly recommended . Roca Azul RV Park, simpy the best

It's a fantastic, peaceful, lovely, place, you can get a day pass or rent a cabin or stay at the Rv park. It's an excellent place . It's an affordable place. Service is great! Staff is really kind. It's 2km away from Jocotepec town. 16 MLS away from Ajijic. I just loved it!
