No había exceso de gente como para excusar la tardanza
Pésimo!
Lousy service, they are sooo slow, in one of the dishes I ordered, (apart from the fact that it took hours) they made a mistake, in the other dishes the food came raw!
There was no excess of people to excuse the delay
Appalling!

Pero hoy ha sido la peor experiencia de servicio pues 50 minutos de espera para nuestros platilos (4 personas) y aparte incompletos.... espero que mejoren pues son buenos los demás pero éste de zona plateada les falta mucho para llamarse restaurante. Finalmente, son muy amables el gerente y las meseras.
I really like Ronny's restaurants, I visit them frequently. But today has been the worst service experience because 50 minutes of waiting for our dishes (4 people) and apart from incomplete.... I hope they improve because the others are good but this one in the silver zone is a long way from being called a restaurant. Finally, the manager and the waitresses are very friendly.
