On Cozumel BEWARE SCAM ALERT... THEY GIVE YOU A CAR IN BAD CONDITIONS, THEY TRICK THE GASOLINE GAUGE, I RECEIVE FULL TANK(LIE).. WHEN I COME BACK THE GUAGE SAYS WAS EMPTY THIS CARS CAN HOLD UP TO 50DLLS, JUST CHARGE IT WITH 16-17 DLLS AND NO MORE.. ALSO THE EMPLOYE ARE VERY AGRESSIVE.. I ENDED ALMOST IN PUNCHES, AND THE SUPERVISOR GIVE ME BACK 10DLLS BECAUSE I CHARGE THE TANK 2 TIMES AND THE GAUGE DIDNT MOVE... YOU NEED TO OPEN THE EYES EVERYBODY IN COZUMEL TRYS TO SCAM TOURIST ON ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES....

DO NOT RENT THERE! SCAAAM! Wish we had seen the review before booking a bike with them. I've never seen worst bikes in my life, brakes weren't working properly, could move the seat, awful tires. And do not get me started on the staff, they were rude and almost aggressive for no reason.

This service is a big scam!! They charged 68 dollars for the rental of a Jeep, when we found out the others charge 45 including insurance. The person giving us the key was rude and condescending. The car was missing fuse, painted over rust, cover was falling from the ceiling, speedometer was at 0 the whole time, so no way to find out how fast you were going, if the lights were working or if you had enough gas in the tank. Opposed to the exclusive jeep we were offered, the car did not have air conditioner, radio, was all rusted and only 3 seat belts worked. Because they took forever to check us in, we only had 4 hours to see the island, so we had no option but to accept it. When returning the car, we filled up the tank with the barista until the top. When giving the car back, they held us hostage holding our card and receipt until we paid an additional 8 dollars. We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come drive us to the gas station again and for them to show us how their car meter did not work properly and that we had to force the gas into the tank to show the meter was full. don't come to this place. They will rip you off and treat you horribly

It is not fair that I can’t give Zero star! This place is a scam. Car was in an extremely bad condition. Seat belt was not working. The seat moving mechanism was stuck. and ….. No matter how much gas you put in, the gas meter shows only 3/4 full and they will charge you! Basically, nobody cares about your safety and your satisfaction! They just try to charge you as much as possible. Worst car rental experience of my life.

THE WORST !!! These people are thieves ! We rented a car and they wouldn't give us back the deposit for absolutely no reason. We had to miss the ferry to finally get the deposit back. Run away !

We rented a scooter from these people and they gave it to us with a super bald tire (no thread at all) that it popped off the bead, we almost had an accident because as my husband was speeding up the motorcycle started sliding and swerving, we called them and they said they’d send another one, we waited an hour and started calling to see where they were at with the replacement and they would not pick up, I had to call several time and they would send me to voicemail, they only picked up when I used a different phone. These people are a serious problem for the tourists, you can get hurt with their rentals, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. We had to wait for more than an hour to get the replacement under the hot sun which is not what you expect when you are on vacation.

The worst car rental ever. The speedometer didn't work. The canvas roof wasn't completely attached so it flapped when we drove. The check engine light was on. Mechanically it seemed to run fine, but the fact that it didn't explode was the only positive.

We paid $25 per bike for a full day rental. They came with a full tank of gas and we filled them back up at the end of the day for about $4. The open roads on the east side of the island made for a beautiful ride. The bikes worked great. I just could do without the haggling over price and insurance "requirements"
