★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca intentaron venir a mi domicilio y mintieron diciendo que si lo habían hecho una ocasión para luego mandarlo a almacenaje, contactarlos es muy complicado, me tuvieron esperando media hora hasta que colgué y no me dieron solución, llamé dos veces y mi paquete jamás llegó, que triste que empresas "pequeñas" de paquetería den tan pésimo servicio que hagan que los clientes prefieran servicios de paquetería más grandes.
Terrible service, they never tried to come to my home and they lied saying that if they had done it once and then send it to storage, contacting them is very complicated, they had me waiting half an hour until I hung up and they didn't give me a solution, I called twice and my package It never came, how sad that "small" parcel delivery companies give such a bad service that they make customers prefer larger parcel services.
