DO NOT BOOK ANY EXCURSIONS WITH ALEJANDRO OR THIS COMPANY. Let me explain what happened to me: I paid for a Catamaran trip and I was told that transportation was going to be provided from my hotel to the Marina. I was ready to be picked up at 8.10 am and nobody arrived. At 8.30 am I called Alejandro (the man who sold me the ticket) and he said (and he also he texted me) to wait outside the hotel because they had issues with their transportation. I waited other 30 minutes and then he told me to take a taxi, pay for the taxi, go on your boat ride and later a supervisor will arrive at your hotel to reimburse you for the taxi. Now ask me if I get reimbursed?….NOOOO!!!!!! I tried to call Alejandro and texted him and guess what….. HE DIDN’T ANSWER so I paid $45 extra for a taxi when it was their responsibility to provide the transportation. On top of that the company - Contoy Adventures - did not have my name on their return list, fortunately one of their drivers has been nice to give me a ride back to my hotel. My advice be careful who you buy your tickets from. I am still waiting for my $45 dollars…
