★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente. No quieren venir a revisar mi unidad, me quieren cobrar sin ver qué tiene y desde el principio hubo problemas, 3 meses en entregar la unidad.
En relación a su respuesta.
Se pidió el servicio desde finales de enero. Hoy 9 de marzo sigue pendiente. Difícilmente responden el teléfono, por Whatsapp dejan en visto y no tiene nada que ver el costo de $350 pesos, eso no es problema. El problema es el servicio, solo por este medio contestan y la visita que comentan del 7 de marzo yo dije explícitamente que no podía en ese horario y no me dieron más opciones por lo que no pague ni pagaré algo por lo que no estoy de acuerdo. En cuanto agendemos una cita en la que pueda atenderlos pagaré y espero que la cuestión de la garantía sean responsables. Que estos fallos de la unidad están dentro del año de garantía.

Tienen ganas de vender, vinieron hasta mi domicilio para venta y la entrega fue inmediata al día siguiente. El trato de los técnicos hacia mí fue cordial y la unidad dental es hermosa e innovadora. El único inconveniente por el cual no les doy las 5 estrellas es porque llegaron tarde y se perdieron en la ubicación.
