★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal la atención del personal, la Señora de nombre Teresita, es muy pedante y con falta de tacto al atenderte. No tiene amabilidad y cortesía. Le recuerdo a esta empresa que los clientes no sabemos los nombres de la piezas que buscamos y es ahí, dónde un buen vendedor a la descripción que uno le dice de lo que uno busca, te lleva de la mano para encontrar y tratar de resolver tu problema, más no complicarte lo y solo decir " Si no me dice el nombre que es se la pieza, yo no le puedo ayudar". Que mal está esta señora.
 Very bad the attention of the staff, the Lady named Teresita, is very pedantic and tactless when assisting you. He has no kindness and courtesy. I remind this company that customers do not know the names of the parts we are looking for and it is there, where a good salesman to the description that one tells him of what one is looking for, takes you by the hand to find and try to solve your problem, but not complicate it and just say "If you don't tell me what the part is, I can't help you." How bad is this lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y además el encargado es grosero, en ves de resolver los problemas te ignora y deja hablando solo. No lo recomiendo por qué además de eso sus precios están altísimos y sus disque ofertas no lo son a ese precio deberían estar.
Terrible attention and also the manager is rude, instead of solving the problems he ignores you and leaves you talking alone. I don't recommend it because, in addition to that, their prices are very high and their dial offers are not, at that price they should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que esta bastante surtido, tienen todo de refacciones en línea blanca, sin embargo creo que el precio está un poco elevado, procura revisar en otra tienda antes de acudir a RYSE.
I think it's quite well stocked, they have everything from spare parts online, however I think the price is a bit high, try to check in another store before going to RYSE.
