★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de 4 intentos por fin pude tramitar el pasaporte de mi madre que es una señora de la 3era edad y teníamos problemas con sus docs, pero el amable chico de la ventanilla 6 nos ayudó mucho dándonos la información correcta. Lamentablemente no preguntamos su nombre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a renovar el pasaporte de mi hija, y mi marido fue el que habló con el personal que revisa y recopila los papeles e información y le gustó mucho el trato y rapidez con el que lo atendieron. Llevábamos toda la documentación en orden y la atención fue muy rápida y oportuna. La primera vez sí tardamos bastante tiempo. Lo que más me gustó, por mi profesión, es la sala de lactancia que adecuaron para las mamás que amamantan o se extraen leche para sus bebés. Hay información por todos lados sobre lactancia materna, permiso para la madre trabajadora para su lactancia así como el permiso de paternidad cuando nace su hijo. Me queda muy claro que se tiene un compromiso moral con la familia para respetar y hacer valer el derecho de la madre y el bebé a alimentar y ser alimentados con el mejor alimento que puede recibir un niño.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De nada sirve su servicio de citas si el orden se altera por completo a la hora de fotografías y de entregas. Hubo personas que estuvieron ahí 4 horas mientras que otras corrían con mejor suerte y su trámite era demasiado rápido. Terrible.

Cabe recalcar que ayuda mucho hacer el pre registro en linea y llevar los documentos en orden para agilizar el trámite.
