Todo el tiempo fueron muy atentos , los tiempos de respuesta super rápidos y muy accesibles en cuanto a formas de pagos. Sin dudar en algún futuro los tendremos en cuenta. Gracias por todo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se si cambiaron de administración o no han capacitado a su personal ya que tienen pésimo servicio al cliente , anteriormente viaje con ellos y todo súper bien , me gusto muchísimo, este año quise volver a contratar sus servicios y pésimo ! Te llaman para intimidarte y apresurarte a apartar el paquete , entiendo que los costos cambian , lo cual es entendible , lo que no es correcto es que te llamen de un “servicio al cliente “ y te digan : como adultos que creo que es y somos hay que entender que los costos cambian !
Que mal porque tenía una muy buena experiencia y había recomendado ampliamente sus servicios con amigos y familiares que incluso viajaron con ustedes , capaciten a su personal ya que queda claro que no están preparados para una situación así …
I don't know if they changed administration or they haven't trained their staff since they have lousy customer service, I previously traveled with them and everything was great, I liked it a lot, this year I wanted to hire their services again and it was lousy! They call you to intimidate you and hurry to remove the package, I understand that costs change, which is understandable, what is not correct is that they call you from a "customer service" and tell you: as adults I think it is and we are You have to understand that costs change!
Too bad because I had a very good experience and had widely recommended your services to friends and family who even traveled with you, train your staff as it is clear that they are not prepared for such a situation...
