M	Monica Rivera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue una tristeza como trataron a nuestro familiar, no tienen experiencia, tacto, conocimiento, ni vocación para tratar a adultos mayores y más si tienen problema de demencia. Es mentira que tienen enfermeros o cuidadores especializados, no tienen ni siquiera un doctor que de su opinión (y no se pedía que ese servicio fuera gratis), creemos que incluso nuestro familiar sufría maltratos, así que tengan mucho cuidado si dejan en este lugar a alguien, ya que seguramente no estará bien atendido. No lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo. It was sad how they treated our family member, they have no experience, tact, knowledge, or vocation to treat older adults, especially if they have a dementia problem. It is a lie that they have specialized nurses or caregivers, they do not even have a doctor who gives their opinion (and that service was not requested to be free), we believe that even our family member suffered abuse, so be very careful if you leave this place to someone, as they will surely not be well cared for. I do not recommend it in the least.
