★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen precio, y habitaciones modernas y amplias. Eso sí, había cucarachas, estaban muertas, pero eso significa que las habrá vivas. Tiene nevera y cocina, además se utensilios, lo cual está genial y se agradece!
 Very good price, and modern and spacious rooms. Of course, there were cockroaches, they were dead, but that means they will be alive. It has a fridge and kitchen, plus utensils, which is great and appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel de gama media de costo medioalto . Rodeado de plazas comerciales y lugares de comida de diversos costos y paladares. Habitaciones modernas, climáticas, agradables comodas, confortables y limpia y Wifi aceptable. Cuenta con cocineta equipada y servibar. Ambiente familiar. SIN , estacionamiento propio (se deja vehículo la redonda algo complicado x ser zona habitacional). No me aceptaron pagar con TDC ni me dieron comprobante de pago y bastante escondida su ubicacion. Personal atento y servicial con excepciones.
Mid-range mid-range hotel. Surrounded by shopping malls and food places of various costs and palates. Modern, climatic, comfortable, comfortable and clean rooms and acceptable Wifi. It has an equipped kitchenette and servibar. Family atmosphere. SIN, own parking (the vehicle is left round somewhat complicated x be residential area). They did not accept me to pay with TDC nor did they give me proof of payment and their location quite hidden. Attentive and helpful staff with exceptions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chambre lit king Size. Petite cuisine où il n'y avait aucun matériel complet. Peignoir serviette et café a dispo. Nettoyage de la chambre mensongère car le lit est juste refait mais les draps ne sont certainement pas changer . Terrasse en haut assez sympa pour y discuter ou boire son verre ou autre.. pas de belle vue . Les toilettes et la terrasse sont assez sales..pas de nettoyage tous les jours ca c'est sur. Un homme un matin est venu nettoyer les couloirs a coups de souffleur a eau.. on a été envahie de poussière dans la chambre..super.
Si besoin de qq chose il faut aller chercher une femme qui est situé dans une chambre..il n'y a pas dacceuil . Après c'est pas loin de la gare routière.. rapport qualité prix c'est un peu cher vu qu'il n'y aucun service derrière..
King Size bed room. Small kitchen where there was no complete equipment. Bathrobe, towel and coffee available. Cleaning of the bedroom false because the bed is just remade but the sheets are certainly not changed. Terrace upstairs nice enough to chat or have a drink or whatever .. no beautiful view. The toilets and the terrace are quite dirty..no cleaning every day that's for sure. A man came one morning to clean the hallways with a water blower .. we were flooded with dust in the room .. great.
If need something you have to go find a woman who is located in a room .. there is no home. After that it's not far from the bus station .. value for money it's a bit expensive since there is no service behind ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place in Tulum we have chance to stay. Clean and perfect room. Made as a studio with fridge, microwave, small cooker and a/c. Quiet area with a few minutes walk to mine street and ADO bus terminal. Easy access to beach and ruins with colectivo. Forget about expensive taxis. Staff is very helpful and available by WhatsApp. I will definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice place to stay for some nights. Quiet but also close to everything. We liked the stay. Staff is friendly but only speaks spanish (just FYI). Check In and Check Out was very easy and we had a contact which we could ask questions to via whatsapp. Would go there again.
