Great location, right on the beach. Really helpful and flexible staff who keep the large rooms clean and well serviced. You pay for what you get but it's worth it for a truly relaxed time ?

Hacienda Corazon exceeded our expectations. Our party of 16 stayed for a week in Aug. 2017. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is that nice. The house was spacious, the views excellent and the staff even better. Luigi (Chef) and Jorge (Bartender) were phenomenal. Luigi was accommodating, met all dietary restrictions and cooked awesome meals. The Mahi Mahi and paella were incredible. Jorge was always pleasant, was there to help and mixed us great drinks for many hours. Thanks for the extra pounds and hang-overs. The house was extremely clean. The morning after a tropical storm, the staff got the pool and beach area ready for us. It is that impressive! The only recommendation is to fix the front door latch and the air conditioning in the master suite. We brought this to the attention of the staff and they quickly had a handyman looking at it. The house is within walking distance to Dolphin Discovery, shopping area and beachfront bar. Cenotes and Tulum are close attractions and must do's. They were booked through our concierge at Luxury Retreats. We would definitely recommend Hacienda Corazon and Luxury Retreats.

Magnificent place, service unbelievable, staff amicable like a family

I didn't want to leave, the place is beautiful. My family went for a wedding and spent 5 days in this wonderful home. The place we perfect, the staff was great, and the food delicious.

My husband and I took a trip Hacienda Corazon for my cousin's wedding. I honestly didn't know what to expect for my first trip to Mexico. Let me say, I was more than surprised when I arrived at Hacienda Corazon. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and led to our room. While smaller than expected, our room was very comfortable with a view of the cute courtyard out front. We were given a tour of the entire facility and shown where everything was. The Hacienda is right on the beach with a pool overlooking the ocean. Paddle boards and canoes are available to use for our entire stay. Fresh towels were provided at the pool every day and room service was great! Cleaned everything if you wanted them to, ignored you if you asked them to. The food was AMAZING. Super tasty with several options every day for every meal. My husband has a severe shellfish allergy, and they were extremely careful to accommodate him, making sure his food was cooked completely separately from any shellfish. The staff, bartenders, party planners, and servers were all very friendly and willing to help with any need you had. They were also always up for a conversation and answering questions. While pricey, I would highly recommend you give Hacienda Corazon a shot. I would go back in a heartbeat.

First off... if you are looking for ON THE WATER accommodations, this is 1000% the place. Out of the house 3 steps is the pool, out of the pool another 3 steps you are in the beach and 10 more steps you are in the Ocean. Secondly, you will not find better service, better bartenders, or more delicious home cooked food with the incredible convenience of how and where this venue is located. The concierge service is beyond accommodating, Mimi was phenomenal. If you are looking for a location to bring together family and friends, look no further. We just hosted our wedding at the Magica House (there are 3, Del Mar, Corazon and Magica) and the entire guest list of 28 people staying was waited on hand and foot. From the greeting to the goodbye there was always someone assisting at every moment. Just note that meals are picked up front with attendance counts and paid upfront so they can source local foods.... they even caught fresh fish off of the beach for lunch one day!! Incredible! For the bar, I would suggest sourcing from the La Europea liqueur store in Cancun and juat have them deliver. Beer and wine can be purchased across the highway at the entrance to Puerto Aventuras for very cheap prices. The butler will also make runs to the store with a list for and added 20% (they give you the receipts). Don't ever feel there is something you cannot request from the staff, they are more than willing to assist. This is the way to truly enjoy Puerto Aventuras.

Destination wedding the staff that run and organize are spectacular!!! Everything was perfect. The bartenders Federico and Patricio were so friendly and did an excellent job.
