We had a great time sailing to Isla Mujeres in Samba 4. The ship crew were wonderful. Down to earth great people. Entertain us the whole time, kept us safe and happy. Not a luxury tour but very fun and memorable tour. Thank you

The worst tour ever, don’t waste your time and money with them, rather to pay few more bucks with group XCARET that with this people

As upset as I am, I’ll try to be brief. Worst service ever. Worst customer service. Do not recommend. Made us wait over two hours in a line in the sun to get to the boat. Other people were given priority just because they bought transportation. Not a premium package, just the ride. Also no chance to get your money back. At this point even swimming to the island seems like a better option.

Dnt buy this tour. It's not worth it and they will lie and sell you all these activities that they will do on the tour. For example snorkeling and para sailing. We only snorkled 15 mins they rushed us in and out of the water and we never got to parasol even tho they said that was part of tour . All they do is literally try to get you drunk and ferry u to different places so they can sell you more junk and take your money.

Wouldn’t recommend. They will tell you whatever to sell you the excursion the biggest thing was you have 2 1/2 hours to explore the island on a golf cart false. They make you pay EXTRA to even do this and then it’s a ten minute golf cart ride around and right back to the spot you got off. For the same price you can rent a scooter or golf cart for the entire day and explore yourself. Then the “transportation” to the boat was the city bus, so be prepared. And when you get off your on your own they just drop you off and you better have cash for the bus and no where you are going. Then having to wait 2 hours in the burning heat and sun waiting to go back to the mainland. The snorkeling was 5 mins with foggy goggles you can’t see a thing and it’s rushed. Also promised parasailing, knew that was gonna be a joke but that was false too. All a sales pitch, kinda a waste of your day for somethings. Friends bought tequila that exploded in the freezer. I’ve done normal isla before I recommend the ferry and a golf cart or scooter for the day and so what you want. Or find another excursion.

Worst boat trip of my life. They promise you a katamaran but all we got was a small motor boat which was overloaded. The alcohol is super cheap and snorkeling also didn't even take place. They promise you a lot but in the end nothing happens. If you buy a ticket for the ultramar ferry and some drinks you will be definitely having a nicer trip and a lot more quality time on the island. Don't book this tour!

We waited almost 2 hours for them to keep pushing the time back for “private” parties They told us one price and when we got there they changed it and ended up being way more expensive. Then people don’t treat you good nothing about that experience was good Don’t book through them whatever you do
