★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Q asco de tienda!!! No puedo creer q el corporativo no haga nada con las rateras q atienden, x lo q veo en los comentarios no soy la única!! Un producto q en línea cuesta $93 me lo querían vender en $250 y hasta le enseñe la pag web y me dijo q era otro producto, obvio nooo, si era el mismo!! Y todas están coludidas para robar xq la de pelo rojo le preguntó a su jefa y ella igual dijo q costaba 250. Ni se acerquen a esa cochina tienda!!!

Acudí el 21 de noviembre y solo porque no quise comprar las marcas que me sugería, me insinuó que había robado un tinte y se negó a recibir mi forma de pago diciendo que no tenia sistema y no recibía todas las tarjetas , cuando a la persona justo detrás de mi si le recibió la tarjeta del mismo banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios ya son carísimos y no sé qué tipo de capacitación les estén dando a sus empleados porque siempre te ofrecen la opción más cara a pesar de desconocer completamente tonos, alturas y nomenclaturas de los tintes. No es la primera vez que me pasa ni en la única sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que el.personal es amable. Le falta preparación y conocimientos en los productos. La persona antes que a mi pedía apoyo con las medidas de un tinte y no supieron responderle. Yo compré una mascarilla de aceite de oliva y decían que era para cabello extra virgen cuando esta etiqueta se refiere al aceite de oliva de sus componentes. Tienen que prepararlas mejor.

I bought an olive oil mask and they said it was for extra virgin hair when this label refers to the olive oil of its components. They have to prepare them better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo trabaje en sally y les puedo decir que manejan un ticket interno donde la empresa obliga a los trabajadores a tener que venderle a fuerzas 500 pesos a cada persona , si no te corren.Es por eso que niegan la venta de los productos como mascarillas de 30 pesos y algunos no los exiben .O te dicen que no tienen sistema para no venderte.Todo esta con mañas los productos de regalo no son de regalo y te los cobran igual no existen promociones. Al momento de cobrarte le ponen al ticket "producto de regalo" con su pc pero te lo estan cobrando, mes por mes tienen que llegar a una meta y es alta por eso te ofrecen lo mas caro.
