★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, necesitaba comprar tintes y ver las gamas y no dejaban ver, te dicen que ellas te lo pasan tienen todo tirado en esa area y ellos tienen diferentes gamas a los tonosbque se acostumbran en salónes y no puedes escoger tus tonos, si no pueden brindarte atención que coerren el día y te nos quitan la incomodidad de ir a perder el tiempo.

Cuando quieren acatar las reglas si te piden tomarte la temperatura, pero cuando el chisme está bueno se les olvida. Deberían contratar personas interesadas en su trabajo y con disposición a la atención al cliente.

Compre un tinte y al momento de llegar al carro (habían transcurrido máximo 5 minutos después de mi compra) y me di cuenta que era un tono más oscuro del que requería. Me regresé y la muchacha no quizo cambiarmelo. Y aparte de eso ni ticket me dió. Entonces cómo es que el sistema no le permite cambios sino generó el sistema un ticket (estaba fallando según ella). Es la primera vez que voy a este lugar por un tinte y la última.

Recorrí toda la tienda buscando un producto y las empleadas me pasaron por al lado y ni se molestaron en preguntarme si necesitaba ayuda. Les recomiendo que hagan sus compras en otro lugar.

Se me hace ilógico que la tienda esté abierta y ella diga que está cerrada. Espero por favor me digan la razón por la que atienden de esta manera porque la experiencia de ir a comprar así y te atiendan con mala cara es muy desagradable. Gracias por su atención.
