★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buen surtido, sin embargo en mi última visita regrese por un cepillo para pestañas q había comprado ahí y esta vez tenían pero solo si comprabas el paquete grande de todas las brochas te lo venden, individual no porque la promoción era así... No me gusta el condicionamiento de compra. En las demás compras sin problema encontré lo q buscaba.
They have a good assortment, however on my last visit I came back for an eyelash brush that I had bought there and this time they had but only if you bought the large package of all the brushes they sell it to you, individually, not because the promotion was like this ... No I like purchase conditioning. In the other purchases without problem I found what I was looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron llegar un cupón con vigencia de 3 horas, cuando lo pedí con más de 1 semana de anticipación, el personal de sucursal no me quiso hacer válido el código ni tampoco me oriento acerca de una solución, quede muy decepcionada del servicio al cliente.
They sent me a coupon valid for 3 hours, when I asked for it more than 1 week in advance, the branch staff did not want to make the code valid nor did they guide me about a solution, I was very disappointed in the customer service.
