Discriminan a sus empleados (meseros sobre todo)
They treat the people they hire to work horrible, they leave them without eating and they don't pay them in full. The owner is an arrogant and rude lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El salón es amplio y muy bonito; tiene el detalle de la escalera que le da un toque único y el color es agradable. Me gustó el detalle de la iluminación, que por horarios iba disminuyendo. El servicio de comida fue regular, en cuanto a rapidez y sabor (los alimentos se enfrían rápido y falta organización entre los meseros); se ofrecieron varios extras como cócteles, dulces y a medianoche tacos, también hubo mesa de dulces. El grupo de música contratado fue regular, así como el dj. Son importantes estos dos últimos factores ya que son los encargados de poner la música correcta y de levantar el ánimo de los invitados, así como la calidad del sonido. Hubo otros extras como bailarines robots, globos y decoraciones para baile, así como shots y bebidas alcohólicas. Igual se dispuso de un proyector para mostrar videos de la cumpleañera. Por último la limpieza fue buena y la experiencia en general fue agradable, considero esenciales la iluminación y la música en este tipo de eventos.

The food service was regular, in terms of speed and taste (food gets cold quickly and there is a lack of organization among the waiters); Various extras were offered such as cocktails, sweets and tacos at midnight, there was also a table of sweets. The hired music group was regular, as well as the DJ. These last two factors are important since they are responsible for putting on the right music and raising the spirits of the guests, as well as the quality of the sound. There were other extras such as robot dancers, balloons and dance decorations, as well as shots and alcoholic beverages. A projector was also available to show videos of the birthday girl. Finally, the cleaning was good and the experience in general was pleasant, I consider lighting and music essential in this type of event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy una estrella porque el salón si es amplio y la tela en el techo le da un diseño bonito, sin embargo, es de los salones que solo te quieren sacar dinero y no se fijan en qué las personas lo recomienden o vuelvan a contratar ahí. Tengan cuidado porque te quitan la bebida, (cuando me di cuenta en la parte de atrás ya habían cartones vacíos cuando no habíamos empezado a dar alcohol); si quieres agregar cosas de otros proveedores te cobran uso de piso cuando se supone que ya se contrato todo el salón; los meseros, personal de aseo, cocineros, etc (que no te dejan contratar otros más que los de ahí) son pésimos.
I give it one star because the room is spacious and the fabric on the ceiling gives it a nice design, however, it is one of the rooms that only want to get money from you and do not pay attention to what people recommend or hire there again . Be careful because they take away your drink, (when I realized in the back there were already empty cartons when we hadn't started giving alcohol); If you want to add things from other suppliers, they charge you for the use of the floor when the entire room is supposed to be contracted; the waiters, cleaning staff, cooks, etc. (who don't let you hire others other than those from there) are lousy.
