★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place for mani/pedi. Big choice of gel/polish colors. Staff is very friendly, but doesn't speak English. Don't expect too much as beauty, especially nail industry, it's technology, tools, etc is way beyond Europe for example. You can get a nice refresh, but don't expect something wow - I tried a few places here in Tulum, and looks like it's all on pretty much the same level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worse nail salon I have gone too, I went one day and the lady was pretty much rushing because she had somewhere to go after I notice that the job she was doing was horrific I told her I would come tomorrow and she could fix them. The next day I came and she did an even worse job that I had to walk away with out finishing my nails. She hurt all my fingers and did an embarrassing job. Kept on complaining about the pay and that she only made money of tips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On waxing, they get a nice shape but they irritated my skin badly. There are workers that wouldn't reply a hi and act prepotent. They would rolleye and critize customers. They forteg which size of the desk they are. Pretending is the last thing that would show someone's class or education. Worst salon I've ever been in.

They said it'll take 20min.
But It took 1.5h just removing nails!!!
They don't know how to remove it. And also it's bad quality
Another customer also said it takes too long!!!
Finally she give me changes wrongly!! Is she gonna rip off me with that terrible quality?!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not sure if this place is really a salon if a front. The woman who cut my hair has NO IDEA what she’s doing. I don’t even know where to start. She carved into my hair like a butcher to a Ham ??? and my nails? Forget it, the gels fell off as soon as I got home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is terrible. I was the first customer at 10am to get my feet exfoliated. After 1 hour they had managed to cut the toe nails on 1 foot, nothing more. I understand I had to soak, but seriously. The person doing the job went to help with a haircut that was going badly, then said 10 more minutes, 20 minutes later they were dying some woman’s hair. Completely left me there, I left at that point. Don’t waste your time or money here, obviously they don’t care if they make money or not.
