★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un excelente lugar en el corazón de Metepec que muestra el legado artesanal del barro que ha caracterizado por generaciones a este bello municipio. En su interior podemos deleitarnos con múltiples exposiciones artísticas de todo tipo, podemos también acceder a la compra de artesanías con su tienda interna en donde se encontrarán en algunos casos, precios incluso más accesibles que en la calle Comonfort que es típica por concentrar artesanías para la venta al público (lamentablemente aquí muchas artesanías ya no son de barro, es cerámica colada y piezas chinas sobrebaloradas). El museo del barro en su interior aparte de oficinas cuenta con un auditorio acogedor tanto para el espectador como para los artistas que llegan a presentarse, lamentablemente la mayor parte de las actividades en este lugar no cuentan con mucha difusión. Sin duda una parada obligada si visitas Metepec (En el cerro de los magueyes)
An excellent place in the heart of Metepec that shows the artisan legacy of clay that has characterized this beautiful municipality for generations. Inside we can delight ourselves with multiple artistic exhibitions of all kinds, we can also access the purchase of handicrafts with its internal store where you will find in some cases, even more accessible prices than in Comonfort street, which is typical for concentrating handicrafts for the sale to the public (unfortunately here many handicrafts are no longer made of clay, they are cast ceramics and Chinese overblown pieces). The mud museum inside, apart from offices, has a welcoming auditorium both for the spectator and for the artists who come to perform, unfortunately most of the activities in this place are not widely publicized. Undoubtedly an obligatory stop if you visit Metepec (On the hill of the magueyes)
