Dear Tourists or travelers, who planning to travel from Mexico, where PCR test is needed. Salud Digna is the most irreliable place to get your PCR test on time. I paid for my test online, I went there next day, did my test, they promised to send me the results Max 2 days. Guess what, they never send me the results. It’s already half a year, how I’m waiting for the results :)))) despite my mexican number was active for few month, after got home to Europe ( because they send the results to your WhatsApp number & email address, it never happened) I trusted my gut & went to the international airport of Mexico City next day, because I had a feeling that Salud Digna will not going to send me the results on time & I couldn’t risk with my expensive back home ticket ( it was exactly 1,5 days before my flight ) They have 2 companies which are ready to make the results in 1 or 2 days or even less. I choose LAPI, I paid around 150 $, it was worth it, they did it in 7 h. I guess all these Covid test companies which are located in airport, they are really interested to give you a great service on time, as you pay a lot but at least you are not stressing, are you going to get it time or not. My advice if you don’t want to miss your flight, because the laboratory doesn’t care about their duties & you. Go to the airport, pay more & don’t stress after, as they also know how to fill your covid test, specifically for airport.

Excellent service for PCR test. Made an appontment online for 12:35pm. Arrived 5 mins early and was directed to the outside line. Once I got to the check in, there was a small error with their online reservation showing a 2020 booking instead of 2021, but the lady was able to help me resolve it on her end. The actual test was quick and was finished the whole experience in 20 mins. Staff didn’t really speak much English, but was very smooth with minimal Spanish skills. Load up Google Translate if you need. Checked results via Whatsapp at 9:30am the next morning and they were ready, provided in Spanish and English with an extra email option. Highly recommend, was also the cheapest option by far at 950 MXN.

PCR Test: Best price and a great experience getting tested in preparation for travelling. The test was very quick and I got the results the next morning without issues. Some Spanish language would be an asset to make the booking and understand the Whatsapp system. I was worried when I saw some of the comments after booking but everything exceed my expectations.

They serve a huge amount of customers in a fairly fast time. Politeness and manners are sacrificed for expeditious service. I have no complains.

I did search for a while. All labs charge you MXN 2’000 or more for a PCR test. Salud Digna charges only MXN 950. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the pleasure to do it in the end with them, since the country I needed it for (Vietnam) offers also an option to do an antigen test 24h. I booked the PCR test at around 10pm for the next day. At around midnight I realized my mistake and send a refund request. There is a link, which I got after sending an email, which makes the process super easy and straight forward. Their policy is that they can only refund, if it’s cancelled before 24h, which was not the case in my refund request. Without discussions they refunded it and I had the funds back on my account 2 days after. Thx a lot! If I am back in Mexico and need to do a PCR, I would go with them.

I would recommend this location if you're looking to get a PCR test for travel purposes. Make sure you book an appointment in advance and download WhatsApp on your phone as they send you the results over there. Service was very quick and the turnaround time for the results was even faster at 12 hours.

Went to get covid tests done. Booked a slot online and the digitized process via WhatsApp made it extra smooth. Staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive. Didn’t have to wait in line, entire process took only 5min, and result turnarounds are fast, sent electronically through WhatsApp as well. Highly satisfied with my experience.
