We had a great experience doing our covid tests here before our flight back to the States. We did the antigen test and the process was quick and easy. We went 1 hour before closing on a Thursday, there was no line and we didn't wait at all. Don't forget to book your appointment and pay online before arriving for your test.

Bad. Not helpful and rude. They don’t help you to book an appointment and don’t bother to answer questions. Cheap but not worth it

Got our test results with in 24 hrs. Good service and cheap. All in Spanish tho, however; u got our Google translator. Results can be received through WhatsApp ( amazing virtual support tech )

For merely P950, I got my PCR test done here as opposed to the rip off prices that I was seeing all over the rest of Cancun, especially those in the Hotel Zone claiming to offer you results on the same day. Before I begin my review, I strongly recommend Salud Digna as the place to get your pre-departure tests done with their incredible prices, instead of any of the exorbitant prices elsewhere in Cancun. Despite it being a trip from the Hotel Zone to the test site at the back of the building here and the trouble of navigating through a Spanish only website to make an appointment, the savings here make it all worthwhile the trouble. As per the instructions, I an appointment on the website for Wednesday 1pm, got my PCR test done at around 1.20PM by a friendly nurse who spoke fluent English and received my results the next day on Thursday at 5PM, in time for my flight on Friday 12noon. Getting here is easy as the extremely frequent bus from Hotel Zone stops right across the prominent Salud Digna building. I made the appointment a day in advance and I arrived on time, although there was already a queue outside the testing tent where I had to wait in line for about 20minutes before my passport was received by a nurse and my name was called out for me to get the nasal swab. Despite the price and the test site being in a tent behind the building, the nasal swab test was done in a very hygienic manner while getting administered by a friendly professional nurse. After getting the nasal swab done, you’ll receive a receipt from the nurse where you will need to keep it to be able to access your results later on. On the receipt, there are instructions in Spanish on how to register your WhatsApp number to receive updates about your test results, which includes your “Test ID”. Do keep hold of this receipt. You can also log in to the website’s portal to check your result updates. At the portal, there is an option to download a PDF file of your results in English.

On their website it says all PCR tests taken before the cut off time (1pm or so) are finished within 24-48 hours. I went to the clinic and they told me that that on it applies to residents and not tourists, despite not having that posted on their website. Was forced to book last minute with a different company and pay double for it. Absolutely embarrassing, company should be ashamed for being so careless with people trying to get home.

Nice place the X-ray was cheap but the way kept the place doesn’t look for what they charged. Google translator was the best friend here. The people tried there level best to address the needs. The PCR and Antigen test price is almost 50% of Hotel zone cost. The results arrive in what’s app that is awesome. But for Covid test and Antigen the line is big because when it gets cheap all people will rush here. So if you have more time then you can plan here otherwise better do else where.

After 2 pm you can get an antigen covid test without any appointment for 260 pesos. Before that it's reserved for appointments only. Can't guarantee if it's always like that but in our case on a saturday it was like that. Make sure to bring your passports and keep that bill/paper that they give you. Keep it, as long you don't have your results. You can pay with pesos or credit card. The staff doesn't really speak english but they are friendly. We were there at 2pm and after 15min or even less we were outside. Even if you won't receive your results via whatsapp, you can check your results on the homepage with the numbers at the bottom of that bill/paper that you get. We were very content.

It was a very smooth experience for us. I had an appointment booked online for 8AM on Saturday, showed up right on time but we failed to notice a sign pointing to a lot behind the building where testing actually happens so we waited in the wrong line for like 5 minutes or so. When we realized that and went behind the building there was just one more person waiting to get tested. I had our 8AM appointment confirmation so we were given a priority as another person seemingly had no reservation. Test and information entry/verification was done in 5 minutes, payment accepted on the spot using credit card and we were out and about by 8:15AM. We have received our test results 6PM the following day so in 34 hours from when the sample was taken. The receipt had 24-48h turn around time handwritten on it by the staff too.
