About Salud Digna
Salud Digna surge en 2003, dándole continuidad a un proyecto que Jesús Vizcarra venía realizando para beneficio de la población de Culiacán, Sinaloa. Se crea para satisfacer las necesidades de la población que no tiene al alcance servicios de salud de calidad.
Desde un principio fue primordial establecer la universalidad del servicio, de manera que la atención sea la mejor para toda persona que se presente a la clínica.
En 2011 se entra a una nueva época de expansión, donde se crean 14 clínicas solo en ese año, es cuando Salud Digna entra en una etapa de renovación y expansión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con cita llegué a las 10:13 ( media hora antes)pagando $295 y salí a las 12.34, pésimo servicio, ni había tanta gente antes de mi. Todavía les mencionas que no han llamado a tu nombre te mandan a la última caja y de la caja de regreso que para ver si estás activo porque según se desactiva cada 10 minutos en cajas dicen que no es cierto???Y LA CITA PARA QUE ES?? pasaron hasta las que llegaron después pero si les dices ellas no pueden hacer nada eso se arregla en cajas. No para ponerse de acuerdo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son accesibles pero no por eso es la mejor atención, no puede ser posible que lo citen media hora antes para el estudio en este caso fue a las 7:00 llegue a las 6:15 para no tener contratiempos, la persona que me atendió en la caja pésima me indica pase a las 6:40 para generar el ticket, acto seguido me dice que requiere la orden médica y se la muestro digital y me dice que la requiere impresa cuando en los requisitos en ningún lado indica que sea impresa es ilógico que el laboratorio maneje todo digital y no acepten algo de la misma forma, sigo esperando llevo tres horas después de mi cita y no tengo respuesta, únicamente me indican qué hay un problema en el sistema y es todo, tres horas que no puedo esperar y por lo que solicite la cita temprano, el servicio de las personas de cajas nada bien, un curso de inteligencia emocional les vendría bien. Les dejo en párrafo en el cual hacen la solicitud de la orden médica misma que no indica que debe presentarse impresa.

Show up for your appointment with ID, in and out quick with a ticket to scan in WhatsApp to get results in maximum two hours. I found them through the list of recommend testing sites on United Airlines. It costs less than Farmacia Ahorro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most professional place for COVID testing. Far better customer service than the US. The cheapest too! I made my appointment online and showed up 20 minutes early. Check-in was really fast and the test was done within minutes. The results were ready within 2 hours. The best part was the results were given in PDF form and it can be sent to you via whatapps (I had a US phone) and had no issues. Then you can choose to get it emailed also to you via the chat box. The only issue might be the bit shady part of town and the subway station is a jungle of vendors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable wait, even for Mexico. I arrived fifteen minutes before my schedule appointment and was **let inside** fifty minutes later. It was another forty minutes to pay. Then fifteen minutes more to actually get the COVID antigen test.
I asked the woman at the till: is it always this slow? Yes, she said, they don't have more cashiers working in the afternoon (she was one of two for any and everyone entering the clinic (there was a third that exclusively gave results). Reviews in Spanish mention the security guy at the front taking bribes, maybe that would have helped things along - though while finally waiting inside even he at one point called to his jefa saying they needed another cashier...
