Vino el técnico y no fue capaz de decirme cuanto costaba la reparación q tenia q pagar 3,800 pesos para q me i formaran la falta y así darme el precio de la co.pistura. No vuelvo a comprar Samsung It does not work. NO VOLVERE A COMPRAR SAMSUNG lastima de Marca la estan desacreditando feo en Veracruz nadamas hay q leer los demas comentarios. Terrible service in General they lie about the service dates they don't respect them no one assumes responsibility There is no person who puts order to the Service, the technician does not answer you they tell you that such a day and no one calls you to tell you if they go or not and you lose the time and if you complain they get upset. I WILL NOT BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN Pity Brand they are discrediting it ugly in Veracruz you just have to read the other comments.

C	Carlos Ramirez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, no capacitados, mandé hace unos meses una pantalla samnsug con fallas en la pantalla, les mandé videos de la falla en diferentes fuentes, el técnico que acudió al domicilio verifico la falla, pero cuando se la llevaron al servicio, no le hicieron nada alegando que ahí la pantalla no había presentado falla alguna, y así se quedó, cuando la entregaron volvió a presentar de inmediato la misma falla y me comunique y ellos quedaron en dar seguimiento y nunca lo hicieron, ahora ya tengo un problema más grande pero ya no tengo garantía y ahora tengo que pagar el costo de reparación y su presupuesto que es carísimo, siendo que fue provocado por su incompetencia misma. L	Lazaro Mendez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, lleva una pantalla por que tenia fundidos unos leds, pague el costo del diagnostico y unos días después, me marcaron para decirme que tenían que cambiar toda la pantalla que por que ese modelo no se podían reemplazar los leds solamente y que por la reparación eran $9000.00 obviamente no acepte la reparación, compre la refacción de los leds y yo mismo se los cambie, la pantalla esta funcionando perfectamente y solo me constó 1300.00 Bad experience, it takes a screen because it had some LEDs burned out, I paid the cost of the diagnosis and a few days later, they called me to tell me that they had to change the entire screen because that model could not replace the LEDs only and that the repair was $ 9000.00 obviously I did not accept the repair, I bought the spare part of the LEDs and I changed them myself, the screen is working perfectly and it only cost me 1300.00

Esperar 4 días para que revisen un aire acondicionado para descubrir que ya habían cerrado la orden de trabajo y argumentando que la falla era falta de mantenimiento. Sin mencionar que durante la instalación del equipo dañaron mis instalaciones y no pasó nada después de levantar el reporte. Su "trabajo" respalda su mala imagen. Terrible service, terrible attention, not professional and not responsible. How sad that they rely on a brand like SAMSUNG. Waiting 4 days for an air conditioner to be checked to discover that they had already closed the work order and arguing that the fault was lack of maintenance. Not to mention that during the installation of the equipment they damaged my facilities and nothing happened after I raised the report. His "job" supports his bad image.
