★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a problem with this location but Samsung appliance customer support is terrible. They can’t update shipping address after an order is placed. Their website mixed up the shipping and mailing address and they simply couldn’t correct it. Wasn’t able to speak with a manager. Ended up just canceling the order. It’s a shame I like their products but if this is the level of customer support they provide I won’t be buying their products in the future.
