We were wandering around Zicatela Mexico looking for Sushi and stopped at Samari !! The sushi was excellent and fresh. We also had a chicken dish with rice noodles and veggies !! It was sooo good! We gave him the 3rd degree cause sushi can be touchy and we’re from Florida and the sushi there is excellent! It was excellent and the people working were all very nice!! Go there!! Was also reasonably priced! At $50 with drinks for both of us! Cheap! Cindy USA

Excellent choice and my 1st time with a friend who had eaten at Samuray Sushi several times. We both had the Dennis Special and it was the best. Sorry forgot the pictured. Next time because I will go again.

Amazing traditional fresh sushi with an incredible view to match. Go here regularly for a lunch bite and it never disappoints.

So happy we gave this place a chance! We were initially put off a bit by all the cream cheese in the rolls on the menu, but they were happy to leave it out upon request. We ended up visiting numerous times during our 5 night stay in PE after discovering their Sushi of the Day specials (based on whatever the fresh catch is, usually tuna or mahi mahi). Our personal favorite was the Mexican inspired tuna special with fresh tuna, avocado, mango, black sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, roe, and a special mayo like sauce accompanied by their house made lime and jalapeño infused soy sauces. SO GOOD. The karage chicken was also very good if there are people in your party not too keen on fish. The vibe is very nice and right on the beach with a casual open air feel. There are chaise lounges, tables and chairs, booths etc as well as some beds which are a bit odd but I guess that’s beach life for ya! The service is great and quick, and the manager spent a few years in Laguna Beach so speaks perfect English and is very friendly. We will miss this place and those sushi rolls once we’re gone!

Excellent location, service and food. The Thursday special is still on. You get 2 of 1 item for the Thusday special. They take credit card, even American Express. And they don't charge any additional fee like many of the places in Ziceleta does. I'll be coming back. And will edit my review if it's less than my first experience
