- Tiene Caseta de vigilancia y una área común muy bonita y útil con juegos para niños.
- Los propietarios se estan quejando de problemas con el desagüe en los pasillos.
The houses have a good layout and an excellent facade for the price.
- It has a guardhouse and a very nice and useful common area with games for children.
- Owners are complaining about drainage problems in the hallways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me entregaron un cochinero de casa y además con 8 meses de retraso, llena de fugas, pisos rotos sin emboquillado, techos sin lijar, muros chuecos, tuberías llenas de mezcla, rotas, pisos manchado, el cuarto de lavado más chico a como esta en sus planos y casa modelo con acabados HORRIBLES, estoy muy decepcionada de la constructora Lander, no entregan lo que prometen, lastima porque el residencial está bonito, pero si hubiera sabido antes lo cochinos que son para trabajar no compro aquí.
They gave me a piggy bank and also 8 months late, full of leaks, broken floors without grouting, unsanded ceilings, crooked walls, pipes full of mixture, broken, stained floors, the smallest laundry room as it is in their plans and model house with HORRIBLE finishes, I am very disappointed in the Lander construction company, they do not deliver what they promise, it hurts because the residential is nice, but if I had known before how dirty they are to work I would not buy here.
