Not only are they super easy to work with and informative about the many properties they manage, but they have recently arranged a full refund for us for a booking that we had to cancel late. Don't hesitate to book your stay at Casa Linda as soon as possible. The house is gorgeous, clean and so comfortable. Brittney made our booking process easy and seamless, and even took the time to help us organize a couple events and answer my many questions. We were greeted by Claudia and Tere with fantastic Hors d'oeuvre's and margarita's. The house is in walking distance to amazing restaurants and shopping, and a great Mezcal bar just around the corner. I highly recommend hiring Teri to cook a couple meals during your stay. We hired her for 2 meals and they were hands down the best meals we had in San Pancho (and we had some amazing meals). She is an amazing chef that cooks everything from scratch and we were in foodie heaven. Claudia was an extremely attentive house manager and addressed even the most minor concerns we had immediately. The pool was larger than expected from the photos, but the perfect size for our young children that stayed in the house. We can't wait to book our next stay with San Pancho Rentals!

We had a most wonderful stay at Casa de Miel in San Pancho. The beautiful Hacienda style house and grounds were so relaxing and welcoming. There was not one item lacking in the kitchen or rest of the house .....it was the most adequately prepared rental we have ever booked..and we have done so in many countries. Brittany at SP&RR was on the spot with communications and answering any questions we may have had. We highly recommend using them for rental or sales .

The team at San Pancho Rentals have developed an easy to use web site to help you find the place you may want to rent, or buy. We have rented from them many times and have never had an issue that was not quickly addressed and resolved. The last interaction, this March, was for a last minute rental. Choices were limited, but in emailing back and forth we were able to secure a rental that met our needs. We will rent from SPR again.

Incredibly professional, communicative and helpful team of members to work with - from initial communication trying to find a place to stay to our arrival on the first day. Casa Miramar was absolutely gorgeous, clean and perfect for our San Pancho stay. Easy to get to and from town walking (in flats) or a rented golf cart. Highly recommend all around.

San Pancho Rentals were great to deal with during our 5 week stay in one of their units. They were professional and their staff were excellent at servicing us at our casita. The unit was as advertised and we'd certainly book with them again!

Our stay in San Pancho at Casa Linda was absolutely perfect! The location right on the beach made it so relaxing and easy with our two year old. We loved watching sunsets in the pool. The home had everything we needed and enjoyed cooking many meals in the kitchen. Tere the housekeeper went out of her way to make things so nice for us. We felt very cared for and well taken care from the moment we arrived until we left. It was the best vacation we’ve ever had and can’t wait to make it back sometime soon!

Brittney of SPR&RE was a helpful, friendly communicator, making the process simple and clear. It was wonderful to be able to prepare and eat our meals on the spectacular deck with beautiful sunsets and views of the ocean and the coastline.
