If you stay here hide your valuables, this is not a hotel so try not to think it is (condo). Overall nice place, but we will not be back. Not my type of place, loved the area.

DO NOT go there. The only good part of being away from Playa is to not be on that building anymore. There were too many issues happening on a daily basis during the six weeks I was there (wish I hadn't paid in advance), which was extremely stressful - from ACs not working, things leaking, issues with cleaning, terrible wifi, water truck making noise at 7am everyday, street noise, and it goes on.. But the main issue were the people, specifically the manager, since she is the one who runs and inputs the culture in there. They never provided us with solutions. Kept saying things would get fixed but we had to wait for that and were never offered an alternative to the troubles. We were always the ones reaching out to ask for help and attention. They overcharged us in the end for stuff that was badly organized in beginning. It was all just really stressful and not worth it. I would never go back.

It would be great... if everything worked. We were often without water and sometimes without electricity or wifi. Water truck wakes you up at 6am everyday, water pump sounds like a jet engine outside your window for up to an hour at a time. Otherwise perfectly nice apartments, but maintenance needs to be better.

Nice location. Nice views. Set up very nice. Pools are not maintained. Had problems with wifi. One day without water. I had to fix all the toilets even one was flooding the hallway. Stove was tricky to work because the knobs were damaged. Just a little maintenance and this place could easily be 5 stars.

Great value for money. We stayed for 8 weeks in a huge 200sqm (2500 sq feet) 3-br, 3 bathroom apartment at the price of a standard 3-star hotel room. Check their long stay deals with hotel managers and you will be pleasantly surprised. Clean, spacious great cooking facilities, reasonable beds. A little noisy if apartment faces 5th Avenue. Select apartments facing jungle (selva) - bigger and quieter.

The rooms are pretty soundproof which is awesome for WFH and it's a big space. BUT it gets super loud at night. Have to play white noise / sleep with earplugs. Rooms also let streetlight in. Our landlord wasn't great either.
