★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uff. La peor experiencia para comprar un seminuevo, no tienen moral, son unos abusivos, careros, no dan la cara ante un reclamo. Yo tuve la mala suerte y por inexperiencia adquirí un auto ahí, el auto fallo el 1er día desde que lo retire de la "agencia", lo lleve a su taller y si lo arreglaron pero me ensuciaron el motor a propósito, me lo regresaron todo asqueroso, el gerente no dio la cara. Incluso quise cancelar mi contrato y devolver el auto aceptando la penalización y el gerente jamás dio la cara, por teléfono fue un prepotente y dijo que por sus @#$$ no iniciaría el trámite de devolución, siendo así que mi credito con BBVA estaba dentro del tiempo de cancelación, pero la agencia debía de inciar el trámite. Además antes de adquirir el auto jamás me mostraron los papeles, me aseguraron que solo había un dueño, y resulta que cuando ya estaba pagado el coche traía papeles de dos dueños, me faltaron documentos, me costó un buen emplacar. Además me lo entregaron con un permiso de circulación de GUERRERO, de esos que tramitan a través de corrupción, y aparte carísimo.

I even wanted to cancel my contract and return the car accepting the penalty and the manager never showed his face, on the phone he was arrogant and said that because of his @#$$ he would not start the return process, even though my credit with BBVA was within of the cancellation time, but the agency had to start the process. In addition, before acquiring the car, they never showed me the papers, they assured me that there was only one owner, and it turns out that when the car was already paid for, it had papers from two owners, I lacked documents, it cost me a good plate. In addition, they gave it to me with a GUERRERO circulation permit, one of those that are processed through corruption, and apart from that, it is very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su servicio de taller muy malo, hay 2 personas en el área de seguros y no dan atención uno está capturando la otra persona solo sentada viendo la computadora.
El vehículo de mi amigo tiene más de 1 semana que ingreso y no me dan ninguna respuesta.
No recomiendo manden sus coches a este taller
