★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas son pequeñas, ideales para solteros o familias pequeñas con un hij@, la construcción de las casas es mala en base a la zona geográfica en la que fueron construidas, algunas personas comentan que tienen escasez de agua por lo que deben invertir en hacer una cisterna, se recomienda impermeabilizar para evitar daños futuros de humedad, los patios traseros son muy pequeños.

Ya que era uno de los fraccionamientos más seguros de Apaseo, y aunque ya no lo sea sigue siendo muy bonito y limpio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es lindo, aunque ha presentado grandes índices de violencia, a simple vista denota un lugar tranquilo, la comunidad es reservada y la vista desde la cúspide del fraccionamiento de lugares aledaños es hermosa.
