★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They literally saved my father’s life.
The facilities are state of the art and they have any and every thing you or your patient may need. The nurses were kind but firm and always made sure he was comfortable.
The administrative staff was always walking us through the process and making sure we had all the info and the choices to go on with my dad’s treatment.
The Physiotherapist are very very good and had us thrilled with my father doing even better than the Doctors expected, all thank’s to them.
The doctors were amazing. We had Dr. Lyman Ledesma, Dr. Eduardo Bahena, Dr. Saúl Nuñez, Dr. David Dávila and their medical staff taking care of my dad’s COVID 19 lung complications for over 38 days and I can now tell we have now 4 new friends. The prices were very reasonable and the info was always transparent and friendly for us.
No one likes going to hospitals but if you have a need for one with great facilities and medical professionals with a heart, this is the place you are looking for.
Thank you.
Tthe information was always transparent a us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here for rapid Covid tests that we needed to travel to the US. Friday at 9am- no line. When you walk in, take the stairs up 1
floor. The receptionist only needed our IDs (state drivers license because we forgot our passports). Once she enters all the info into the computer, you go downstairs to pay, and then back upstairs to get tested. This place may be a bit hard if you don’t speak Spanish, but bottom line if you have your ID, are able understand you must confirm your name and date of birth, you will be fine. All in all it was 40 mins. Very easy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an emergency allergy issue and were seen very quickly. It was clean and the doctor was very patient with us. We didn't speak much Spanish but she took the time to explain everything via google translate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just came back from CDMX last week. I went to Sanatorio Durango twice after quarantining due to Covid 19. The first test I needed was to reschedule my flight. The second was so I could board my flight two days later. They were professional and the process was easy. The price was great too, not expensive at all. I noticed that the facilities were very clean and the staff was very organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an urgent situation (gallstone/gallbladder attack) while in Mexico City. A friend of mine gave me the name of a Gastro doctor here (Dr Davila Dupont). He works out of this building. He was super responsive via WhatsApp. Immediately ordered an ultrasound of my liver/gallbladder which was done at this medical building the following day and scheduled an appointment to see him the day after. Everything was super efficient. I could never get care that quickly in the U.S. outside of going to the ER.
The reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is bc they are too expensive for
Mexico City. The ultrasound cost me $2025 pesos. The same one at Olab (a lab that has many locations in the city) costs $449. I’m not sure how they can justify such a ridiculous cost difference. Only reason I used them was convenience bc the doctor was at the same building & could access/read the ultrasound on a shared computer system even if it had to been scored by the time my appt rolled around.
I will say, I was impressed that the ultrasound was performed by a female doctor & another female assistant sat through the entire thing (I guess to ensure everything went as it was supposed to or be ready in case of an emergency). As a woman, I appreciated having a woman perform the ultrasound.
All in all, they are great at addressing urgent matters. However, if you have time, get diagnostic tests elsewhere. The doctor was also great—responsive & explains things in detail; he also spent 45 min with me. But again, expensive—$1000 pesos & immediately went to suggesting I get surgery without discussing lifestyle changes as a first option. MD consults in CDMX generally run between $50-200 for low risk/general stuff (colds, stoma CB upset, high blood pressure, a UTI, etc) and $400-600 for specialty consults depending on the type of doctor…so this is definitely “gringo” pricing.
