★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en la recepción es pésimo, la señorita que recibe los materiales regularmente no esta atenta ni para abrirte la puerta y cuando dejas los materiales en la descripción escribe que le entregas material rayado, usado y a punto de romperse aunque sea nuevo, yo creo que lo hacen para curarse en salud cuando maltratan o rompen tu material.
The service at the reception is terrible, the lady who receives the materials regularly is not attentive even to open the door and when you leave the materials in the description she writes that you give her scratched, used and about to break even though it is new, I think They do it to heal themselves when they mistreat or break your material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de las tipas que estan en la recepción se ve que en su afán de no querer hacer nada prefieren negar los servicios. Yo recomiendo que no contraten los servicios de este laboratorio ya que la mayoría del personal que está en contacto con el cliente son nefastas también tuve un mal sabor de boca con la señora de cobranza que no tiene ningún tacto ni educación para pedir los pagos.
Terrible service of the tipas that are in the reception is that in their eagerness to not want to do anything they prefer to deny the services. I recommend not to hire the services of this laboratory since the majority of the staff that is in contact with the client are harmful also had a bad taste in the mouth with the collection lady who has no tact or education to ask for payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tus empleados no respetan las entradas de las casas, hacen doble fila durante el dia en la calle cajeros y ayer 28 /02/19 lo que faltaba a la 1:30am camioneta #4 de SIMCA con dos empleados borrachos gritando y tocando el claxon mientras bebian en el interior del vh (hay fotografia de ello) no dejan dormir a los vecinos, aparte en el dia sus proveedores son un dolor de cabeza por que no respetan las entradas.
Nosotros los vecinos solicitamos una reunion con el Arquitecto a cargo de la empresa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no merece la pena traer los equipos a calibrar. 1 mes para revisar 2 manómetros y que terminen diciendo que no se pueden calibrar/reparar. Ya hay laboratorios mejores y cobran menos
It is no longer worth bringing the equipment to be calibrated. 1 month to review 2 pressure gauges and end up saying that they cannot be calibrated/repaired. There are already better laboratories and they charge less
