★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cafe is extraordinary. A bit understated when walking by, I’m glad I stopped in. The oatmeal bowl was perfect along with the portion size and price. The coffee is also exceptional. The menu details where in Mexico it is sourced (mostly Chiapas) and the different brewing methods offered. As the surrounding area starts to build up, there is no doubt this cafe will become a hot spot in no time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very special. It's like walking into an oasis. Has a friendly cat and a baby duck to keep you company! The coffee is the best I've had in PE. The avocado toast I had was divine. Their service is spot on, super friendly and welcoming. Don't miss this one, it is an amazingly chill spot to relax and enjoy some coffee and some terrific food and enjoy the surrounding nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible equipment, some of the finest espresso and coffee tools or machines I've seen in a cafe all together. The rocket espresso machine. The fellow grinder and water boiler. I feel like I just stepped into James Hoffman's test kitchen. Great coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place for a quiet breakfast! The food and coffee were all very good, the toast with roasted mango was delicious!!! There’s a huge mango tree on the premises of Sandala Cafe and you can see all the beautiful mangos grow. Sometimes they even fall right next to you:). Great place to chill or do some work or reading as well!
