In the interior of France we eat the best foie gras of all time. In NYC we always have time to return to the spectacular Marea, Scalini Fedeli and the welcoming Erminia. Today we were able to add another restaurant to the list of unforgettable ones: Sands, inside the Banyan Tree Mayakoba. As a starter I ordered a hot seafood dish, although the option to order it cold is offered. Try it! The main dish was white fish (Hiramaza) without thorns accompanied by corn taken from the cob. The service is impeccable. We will return tomorrow. Congratulations to Chef Roberto and also to the waiter Gregório and his three brothers who work at the restaurant.

If you like seafood this is the place to go. They also have a seafood market and seafood cooked to order. I could go here multiple times and always find something interesting to eat.
