★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el helado es bueno, pero el servicio malo, hicimos pedido de 3 litros (590 gr cada uno) no venían ni a la mitad, pesamos el que venía más lleno y ni a los 590 gr con todo y bote.

I really like ice cream but this time they served the tiny snowball and not like they normally served it. Disappointed that they don't serve the right portions :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ en general el local y el ambiente son buenos. los helados, smoothies y frapes son decentes aunque no excelentes. los principales inconvenientes: el precio algo caro y el servicio bastante lento. de todos modos la experiencia general bastante buena.
in general the place and the atmosphere are good. the ice creams, smoothies and frapes are decent but not great. The main drawbacks: the somewhat expensive price and the rather slow service. anyway pretty good overall experience.

The ice cream is always delicious, but the treatment also always leaves something to be desired. Sometimes they are rude and do not answer, they treat you very badly. I hope Santa Clara pays more attention to its staff, because in almost all branches it is the same.
