Fui por recomendación de una amiga, al que me quiero imaginar que si no entras así , no hay buen trato, PERO aún así el servicio del Dr. Francisco es pésimo, no tiene tacto, es grosero y arrogante, ningún Dr en específico atiende a tu mascota, y por ende la mayoría tienen diagnósticos diferentes, me hicieron perder mucho tiempo y no fueron asertivos , diagnóstico que era muy claro desde los análisis que le hicieron en un inicio, al internarlo los tratan como objetos, carecen de empatía, lo dieron de alta cuando ni siquiera estaba estabilizado, razón por la cuál había sido internado, lo llevé a otro lugar pero ya era muy tarde. Si en verdad quieren a sus mascotas NO los dejen en manos de esos “Doctores”, es una pena que el dueño crea tener buenos especialistas.

I went on the recommendation of a friend, to whom I want to imagine that if you do not enter like that, there is no good treatment, BUT still the service of Dr. Francisco is terrible, he has no tact, he is rude and arrogant, no specific Dr. attends your pet, and therefore most of them have different diagnoses, they made me waste a lot of time and they were not assertive, a diagnosis that was very clear from the analysis they did at the beginning, when they were admitted they treated them as objects, they lack empathy, they gave it high when he was not even stabilized, which is why he had been hospitalized, I took him to another place but it was too late. If you really love your pets, DO NOT leave them in the hands of those "Doctors", it is a shame that the owner believes they have good specialists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No debería d existir un lugar así, Mandas a hacer analisis y no te dicen con certeza que día tendrán los resultados empiezan con que mañana y luego te salen que es de 2 a 5 días. Sus veterinarios son puros escuincles jugando a ser doctores, si amas a tu perro no lo lleves ahí!
There shouldn't be a place like this, you send for an analysis and they don't tell you with certainty what day they will have the results, they start with tomorrow and then they come out that it is 2 to 5 days. Their veterinarians are pure squinches playing at being doctors, if you love your dog, don't take him there!
