Pésimo servicio. No hay ejecutivos capacitados, tardan demasiado, no hay quien de informes.

Una atención al cliente horrible , en verdad pareciera que no quieren ofrecer a sus clientes una trato de favor a pesar de que tengas la nomina con ellos en mi primera visita por supuesto tuve que hacer fila durante un largo periodo de tiempo , hice una solicitud cuando ya me toco mi turno me atendió Carlos Mario Sánchez ,uno de los ejecutivos , en fin....después de tramitar mi solicitud me dijo que me llamaría en dos días , no fue así y tuve que regresar con la consiguiente perdida de tiempo etc etc, se rechazo mi solicitud de financiación a pesar de ser cliente y tener mi nomina allí ,simplemente me dijo que no trabajan con la agencia con la cual yo quería hacer la compra de un vehículo , ok , pero tampoco me dio la opción de ofrecerme un crédito personal , regrese a los pocos días para plantearle esto ultimo , rellenamos los documentos y se enviaron , de nuevo me dijo este Carlos que me avisaría en dos días ...por supuesto ni noticias suyas a pesar de tener mi correo y numero de teléfono, en fin me toco regresar al banco hacer fila etc etc...cuando me recibe me dice que tampoco se acepto mi solicitud , básicamente por trabajar para la empresa que trabajo ,...... en fin , me sentí realmente molesto y maltratado por el trato humillante recibido ,ah para acabar le solicito una tarjeta de crédito para crear historial y me la niega de igual manera por el mismo motivo.....en fin ..no puedo entender como teniendo una nomina allí te pueden tratar de esta manera tan humillante, les recomiendo que no vayan con esa persona porque jamás resuelve nada ...Carlos Mario Sánchez, pienso poner en conocimiento a Cofepris y a la oficina del consumidor . Pésimo servicio... Sigo formado para sacar mi tarjeta de nómina y aún no la entregan. Llegué desde las 9:15 am y aún no me pasan. Solamente hay un "asesor" entregando tarjetas y por lo visto, no está capacitado para darle velocidad a los trámites. Sugerencia al banco... Si saben que su personal es insuficiente y además incapacitado, deberían enviar las tarjetas a los establecimientos, empresas etc de donde están utilizando su servicio de nóminas, así, ahorrarían tiempo y además, tiempo a las personas que tenemos que trabajar. Pésimo servicio, se supone que abren a las 09 am, en realidad empiezan a atender después de 09:30am. Llevo 5 horas esperando para que autoricen el cobro de un cheque, 5 horas. El peor banco y la peor sucursal.
Terrible service, they are supposed to open at 09:00 am, they actually start attending after 09:30 am. I have been waiting for 5 hours for them to authorize the cashing of a check, 5 hours. The worst bank and the worst branch.

Pesima atención, son exageradamente lentos, el área de entrega de tarjeta de nómina, pésimo servicio, tienen a la gente horas en el sol, ya que es solo 1 persona la que hace la entrega de tarjetas nuevas y fácil son como 30 personas x atender y desde las 8 AM sales a las 3pm, horrible.

Currently they only had the ATM’s working. It’s a holiday. There was 5 ATMs and 4 weren’t in use, with a long line. Then as I was using it it started to glitch. Luckily I could access the withdraw option but only after checking my statement balance (and I’m pretty sure that costed extra money.) it’s a poorly managed situation

I arrived at 11 to open an account. They told yes I can. I waited in the line with 5 peoples before me and my turn arrived at 2 30 pm, and then she told me that I can not because it is late and her colleague went home. While waiting, the person in charge for opening accounts passed only 2 peoples in 3 hours. He was more busy with texting on his phone than working. If there is minus 10, I will give this rating. It is a disgrace to the banking system and you should be ashamed of yourselves
