★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Siempre que tengo que venir a este banco es lo mismo, una sola cajera atendiendo y lentísima. Literalmente le tomó hora y media para atender solo a dos clientes. Si pudiera le doy menos 10 estrellas.
Terrible. Whenever I have to come to this bank it is the same, a single teller attending and very slow. It literally took him an hour and a half to serve just two customers. If I could I would give it less than 10 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost my card in the ATM. I went to the cashier. She was young and wasn't helpful. I went to the office and told thee beautiful lady at the first desk. She immediately had someone look for my card and i got my card back within an hour. Thanks to her. The cashier was a snot.
