No hay orden en la fila. La gente se mete. Horrible having to line up in the sun. I understand that it is due to a pandemic, but it is worse, since people outside take off their masks because of the heat. There is no order in line. People get in.

Ponen lo que se les ocurre en tus datos personales o de plano ni los registran, lo cual genera que tengas que volver a ir para registrar dichos datos. Peor no puede ser. Terrible service, it took two hours for a simple procedure and they did it wrong. They put what comes to mind in your personal data or flatly do not record it, which means that you have to go back to record said data. It can't be worse.

Terrible no one knows where to train there is 1 cashier for deposit and it takes years the bills are not accepted ALL CHAOS The boys who are supposed to put order do not know how to speed up the movement The machine that gives the shifts is inside and the people outside The manager is not interested in that, she goes but does nothing.

Pésima experiencia, en verdad ni puede uno quejarse se ayudan entre ellos HORRIBLE.. I went one day asking for an additional card for my account, was told it was not a problem and what documents were needed. I returned the following day, was attended by a different person who said it was not possible. I sat back down, waited for the original person I spoke with, walked out 5 minutes later with the additional card. Like all banks in Mexico, avoid them on pay days because everyone goes to drain their accounts and pay bills.
