Demasiada ineficiencia por parte del personal de esa sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima sucursal, las cajeras lentas, en especial una de nombre Claudia (CLAU le dicen y por lo general está en la caja 1), pone peros para recibir el dinero, comenta que si no llega uno temprano a depositar cuando son cantidades fuertes de dinero que no podrá recibir, que son lineamientos del banco, yo llegué 3:30 y por su lentitud pasé 3:50, atiende de malas porque va a salir tarde y porque según ella no había comido, cosa que no es culpa de los usuarios, indican que mejor acuda a otra sucursal que me queda más cerca, que ellos no son oficina concentradora y que están más para cobros de servicios... El detalle es que los clientes que les dejan propina, son atendidos de mejor manera. SANTANDER ROJO GOMEZ, *PÉSIMA INSTITUCIÓN BANCARIA*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?Muy mal servicio en serio no se tomen la molestia de sacar aquí una cuenta, yo fui arreglar un asunto hace 5 días y que creen fui hoy y que el ejecutivo que me atendió ni lo conocían y todavía su payasada de no es aquí ? ni por qué traía una hoja sellada de su sucursal sino ni me creen y ni hicieron mi trámite y mis copias que les dejé las perdieron, en el transcurso muchas personas muy molestas y como bien dicen los comentarios más de dos horas solo para entrar con ejecutivo sumado la gente nada eficiente e igual reclamar se pone super dignos como si su servicio fuera de 10 y ni un disculpe. Esto al menos lo vi en sus ejecutivos sobre todo, cajeras no puedo hablar mal ya que no me ha tocado.?????
?
