★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, duré dos horas para hacer un deposito. Solo hay un cajero atendiendo para una multitud de gente. Además, solo atienden a los clientes select o premium.
Terrible service, it took two hours to make a deposit. There is only one cashier attending for a crowd of people. In addition, they only serve select or premium customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asco de banco! Si no eres "Select" prácticamente no te atienden, y no te avisan que ese banco es para gente de membresía, te tienen esperando horas la gente quejándose y no hacen nada, nomas una caja funcionando, pésimo servicio pésimo personal.
Bank disgust! If you are not "Select" they practically do not attend to you, and they do not warn you that this bank is for members, they have you waiting for hours complaining and they do nothing, just a working box, lousy personal service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No son más lentos nomás porque no tiene más horas el día. Uno puede tardar HORAS y no lo atienden. Es un martirio. Vine a solicitar una reposición, mejor hubiera pedido a que me la llevarán a domicilio tardan lo mismo.
They are not slower just because they do not have more hours in the day. One can take HOURS and they do not take care of it. It is a martyrdom. I came to request a replacement, better I would have asked to have it delivered to my home they take the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que el horario es de 9 a 16 horas, no puedes ir desde las 9 si necesitas un ejecutivo que te atienda, puesto que vienen llegando a las 10:30 u 11 de la mañana.
Although the hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., you cannot go from 9 a.m. if you need an executive to attend you, since they come arriving at 10:30 or 11 in the morning.
