Es un asco esta sucursal. En más de 5 ocasiones he acudido por aclaraciones y nunca me pueden solucionar nada. La atenciin del propio director de la sucursal es inaceptable. Muy grosero y prepotente

Pésimo servicio, fui a realizar un trámite, después de la larga espera el Ejecutivo y el Gerente me dijeron que tenía que llamar a la superlinea y despues de 20 minutos que me contestaron, en superlinea me dijeron que el trámite que requería lo tenía que realizar con el Ejecutivo. Regrese con el Ejecutivo y me dijo"ah tal vez ya se haga el trámite en escritorio", me dijo que llevara una carta solicitud y copia de mi INE, que él se contactaba en 24 horas para indicarme que ya estaba listo el trámite, nunca me llamo ni me llego correo de confirmación, solo me engañaron, pero eso si como dan lata con las llamadas ofreciendote tarjetas de crédito.

Pésimo servicio al cliente, ejecutivos platicando sin atender, de malas y te dificultan el tramite y no es la primera vez.

Horrible atención , te hacen esperar afuera si vienes con ejecutivo sin personal que te dé atención o te resuelva dudas solo te dejan parados y tardas horas en que alguien se digne a salir , se ve que los ejecutivos están 2 desocupados y no nos pasan , fatal logística y atención solo se asoman sus cabezas como rezando que desistamos y nos vayamos pero por desgracia uno tiene que acudir por necesidad no por gusto, por está pésima atención haré mi portabilidad porque son tan ineptos al menos en esta sucursal es la cuarta vez en 3 semanas que pierdo aquí mi tiempo .
Horrible attention, they make you wait outside if you come with an executive without staff to give you attention or solve doubts, they just leave you standing and it takes hours for someone to deign to leave, it is seen that the executives are 2 unemployed and they do not pass us, fatal logistics and attention only stick their heads out as if praying that we give up and leave but unfortunately one has to go out of necessity not for pleasure, because of this lousy attention I will do my portability because they are so inept at least in this branch it is the fourth time in 3 Weeks I waste my time here.
